Don't beat yourself up too much....life happens (plus it sounds like you did great! I probably would have eaten the entire apple pie lol) Just get back on the horse again today & continue on plan like you have been!

All that matters is that you get back on track. Don't beat youself up. Sometime you just need a break to come back and be focused. You can do it!!!!

Okay, I'm not going to tell you to beat yourself up about this, but I'm also not going to give you a pat on the back and tell you that it was no big deal. Falling into the pattern of overeating is our old behavior. We need to create new behaviors. Please take some time to really think about why this happened and what you can do to prevent it in the future. Because, trust me, you're going to have these tempting times again, and again, and again. However, each time you can stay strong and work through them, you will become stronger and stronger.

Seriously....there was rhubarb pie there and you only had a few bites??? Dude...you are my hero! Rhubarb pie is like kryptonite! You went to the movies and didnt get the extra large jumbo wumbo bucket of popcorn with enough butter to feed a small group of ethiopians for a month? Sounds to me like your doing pretty awesome for the most part!

One day off plan isn't the end of the world, but like girlygirl said the key is to look at what you are going to do to stay on plan today, tomorrow, etc.
