Wow Scarlet 10 lbs. I thought my first week was big. I'm down 7 this week. I always lose big the first two weeks. Even if it is water for me it sure feels good to be on the down side.

Great losses, y'all!!

This week I am down 2.2 lbs, for a total of 12.2 since January 1st!

ETA: People, don't be discouraged by 1 lb losses! Or even maintaining....both are great! And even if it is a slight gain, it is temporary.

We can do this!

I am down 1.2 lbs this week too! from 165.8 to 164.6 ...not a big loss, but I'll take it!!

I'm down 2lbs this week and I am stoked I have been sitting at 150 for the past 2 weigh in days (past 2 weeks I only weigh on Friday)! Down goes the wall!!!
