I know some people like those sectioned Chinette paper plates, great for portion control, just the pasta, or meat go in the small one and the veggies go in the big one.

I like the 1/2, 1/4, 1/4 theory.......think I can get out my turkey platter?

That's where I was. We ate healthfully as a family but my portions were OUT OF CONTROL. I measure measure measure and track track track.
