A couple milestones

Well I hit a couple of milestones today. I have now lost over 20lbs and have under 100 pounds to go to hit my first big goal of Onederland.

Nice to get some immediate motivation upon resuming my calorie counting ways!

Anyone else have any recent milestones?

Great job Rodeogirl!!

Unfortunately, my milestone is the other direction--I am officially now at my heaviest weight ever...:(

BUT!!!!!!! Not for long, y'all! I will be back in the 2's before you know it!

rodeogirl- that is very exciting! Congrats!

Jen- you can do this!!!!

I am going to hit onederland soon which is exciting. I don't ever want to go back to the 2's.

Congrats Rodeogirl!

I officially hit 50 lbs lost this week. Well actually, 51.2 lbs lost :)

Which leaves me with 102.8 lbs to lose to reach my goal weight of 150 lbs

I have set a goal to lose another 50lbs by my birthday which is August 25th. I know I can do it!

That is wonderful, Rodeogirl!

I finally started seeing some changes when I hit the 20 pounds lost mark. Calorie counting really works!

I have really enjoyed your posts. Way to go! :carrot::carrot:

congrats all around!
This was last week, but I hit 233, which is 55 pounds lost and now a bmi of "obese" instead of "morbidly obese".

I'm 2 lbs. off my 75lb. mark! ergh they're taking a long time LOL well, considering I lost all of about 20 lbs. in 2008, I shouldn't complain. Oh well...at least it was going downnnnn and not uppppppp right????

rodeogirl 01-03-2009 02:22 AM

Trazey - In my book even maintaining is always a positive thing! 20 lbs gone is still 20lbs!!

And it's awesome to hear everyone elses' milestones. More! More! :)

Congrat's Rodeogirl! Onederland here you come! I haven't hit any milestones lately, but I'm hoping to soon.

Congratulations my friend!

I'm celebrating the fact that I no longer wear the largest size in the plus sized section of Penningtons.

I bought... size 24 jeans! Jeans that DON'T have an elastic waist! Jeans I tell you!!! I also bought three sized 3X t-shirts (no more 5X for me!) and some 3x yoga pants! (I needed clothes as NOTHING fit me anymore.)

Thanks for a great thread, Rodeogirl and her fellow posters! I am with you, Trazey in that I lost 27 pounds in a year, but I'm counting it as a milestone. It's my best weight loss year ever! I'm hoping to average a little more than 2 pounds a month in 2009! Happy New Year to one and all!

Tonia 01-03-2009 10:40 AM

No milestones for me but you are all so inspiring! :bravo:
