I'm staying plan today because I'm REALLY FREAKING TIRED of the scale going from 319.6-320.4 back and forth every day for the last 5 days.

Of course... I've been staying on plan the whole time but it's gotta drop sometime right?

Today I will stay on plan so that the next time my husband suggests a beach vacation I won't break out in a cold sweat at the thought of myself in a bathing suit and try to talk him out it.

I am staying on plan today because from the tired, puffy, pimply, fat, dull-looking, hairy-in-the-wrong-places woman I was 8 months ago, I am beautiful again...and I want to keep that.
