Resolutions, hmmm. I'm always so overambitious--I mean a new year always seems like it's so full of possiblities! Alas, I am still the same person
, so keeping that in mind....
1. Weigh 199 by the end of the year
2. Become more active longterm (minimum 30 minutes walking 4 times a week, no excuses!)
3. Try to retrain myself so that instead of comfort eating, I do something else. (this last one is going to be TOUGH, any suggestions appreciated!)
