My Real Age
I posted this in the 20 somethings forum too but I thought it was too good to post in one place.
I was cleaning out some emails out an email account I rarely use. I found one named Real Age, so being to curious booger I am clicked on it. I read the results from the test I took 8 months ago and it said I was 29.5 years old, and at the time my actual age was 22. I retook the test today and my real age is 24 and my actual age is 23. I have gained back 5.5 years of my life by getting healthier and losing 45lbs. So what is your Real Age? www.RealAge.com |
I am 26 and my real age is 33.9
Def. time to do something about that. I want my real age to be younger than my age! |
Damn that was a long test LOL!
I'm psyched - my age is 40, and my RealAge is 31!! WooHoo! Thank you for eating right and exercising! |
i'm 24 years old and my real age is 33.2. GAH!
|
My RealAge was 38 and my real age is 33. Time to make a few changes.

Wow - that was a lot of questions! Now I am kind of nervous...

Holy moly!! I got my results back (faster than I expected), and I have to say that I am kind of surprised (because I was totally honest when I answered the questions). My calendar age is 29.9, and my "real age" is 28.5!! I really thought I was going to told that my "real age" was a lot older. I wonder if I can become 21 again??

I'm 18, going on 19 this March. The last time I took the real-age test I measured somewhere in the early twenties. Thankfully I've retaken it today because of this forum, & it said my RealAge is 19.2!! That's the best score I've gotten so far. :halffull: There are still several things I could be doing to improve, & I would like to be physically fitter & younger than I truly am. To ensure I can live a long, healthy life, I've just gotta keep on working!!

I did the test - turns out I'm 25% younger than my calendar age.
That reminded me.. I need to get my cholesterol checked. |
I'm 40, and I believe my Real Age is about 37.5 according to them (but I'm not logged in there right now so I can't verify). I'm going to work on losing weight still, and flossing, exercising more, increasing my HDL, and a few other things to try to push it down some more. I think I also lost points for not eating enough grains--I only eat whole grains, but I must limit grains in my diet due to insulin resistance, or I don't lose weight. So kind of a catch-22 there, oh well!
