Made it through....
 

I am happy to report I made it through the weekend without damage. I had two christmas parties to attend and not so good Friday night of emotional eating but.....

I organized the party yesterday and it was a lot of work. I was running like crazy and did not really sit down until it was over.

I maintained after all the other stuff going the two days before.

Whew....now I have no other obligations except a trip to Japan and my sister in laws cooking. (Which is awesome)

I'm impressed! It is one thing to go to a party and stay on plan...Doing all the work of organizing one and resisting temptation is taking it to a whole new level! You should do fine in Japan!

Way to go! Good for you for hanging in there with all the temptations around.

Woo hoo!! I'm very impressed that you could do all the work and still avoid chowing down.
