WOW Jennifer, what a sweetie you are and thanks for the wishes Beth Ann and Phat Nubian Goddess (love that moniker).

I began this food journey in late January of 2001. I had begun it many times before---think we all have been there. I was blessed with a lot of support....found a great doctor who heads the obesity program at a nearby hospital (Beth Ann, it is Lahey Clinic)....joined the support group there and it is headed by a psychologist....lots of great people in the group....and of course, last but not least, found this bulletin board and chat. I still have a bit more to lose and my losses come slowly now but hopefully I have learned to eat healthier. I am also doing WW at Work....

I recognize that I will always need support and that people say the hardest is keeping the weight off.

My thanks to the three sisters who started this wonderful bulletin board and to everyone who has posted here. So many of you have motivated me. Keep on posting.
