I've posted on this site many times, but never could stick with a plan beyond a week or two. About a month ago I read a post somewhere on 3fc recommending the book "The Thin Commandments" and borrowed it from the library. What a life changer!!! I lost about 5 pounds without even trying. I then decided to try Chant's Crack the Fat Code because carb cycling made sense to me. I've been successful on that plan for almost 4 weeks because it's the perfect way of eating for me and finally a plan that I can live with. I feel that I can now join in here and actually hang around instead of hanging my head because I had given up.
This 100 lb club seems to have changed since the last time I was actively posting. At that point there were only a few people who had lost more than 30 pounds and most of us were just hopeful. I see now that there are many of you who have lost a good deal of weight. Congratulations to all of you. I haven't weighed myself in over two weeks because I'm expecting TOM any day and I retain tons of water (despite almost no sodium) after mid-month. The scale is just not my friend at times like this. This time around I'm focusing on how my clothes fit.

i drew my inspiration from the 300 lb club. So many members there have been very successful losing large amounts of weight.
back! I agree there are alot of inspiring folks on the board!
It's great to have you here!
