After a long break

I am back. I need to get back on track and I realize that I can't do it alone. I started having computer problems in September and missed some time here and fell off of the wagon a bit. My scale is broken but I know that I have gained some weight back becuase my jeans that were loose are getting tighter. My computer problems are fixed now so I hope to be able to be here daily and stay on the wagon. I have read a lot of your recent posts and you guys seem to be doing great! It is good to be back with you.
