Because the last two days I've done really well until nighttime and then I've had mini binges and as happy as I was to see the scale go down to 245 yesterday on my official weigh in day despite how "bad" I had done last week, it went back up to 246 today, so it is catching up to me and I have to get things back on track to stay moving in the right direction.

I will stay on plan today because I let my emotions get the better of me and ran to Burger King for dinner last night.
I didn't like the way I felt afterwards. Not guilty, just physically.....ugh. So today is a new day and I will fuel my body with good, nutritious food!

I will stay on-plan today because I just watched a video of myself from around this time last year... And I was kind of shocked at how different I looked! Wow. I can't believe I've made so much progress, and I know that I have to continue at it!!
