I've been very good - on plan and more active. I was curious, and stepped on the scale at about 5PM. It read much lower than I hoped. Hopped off, and onto the other scale. Same thing.

Please send me awesome good vibes that the number stays and isn't some strange fluke in the magnetic field of the earth. I know it's just a number but I've been kind of discouraged this past week.
