If you join a gym, they SHOULD give you 1 or 2 sessions with a trainer for FREE. IF they don't, i would suggest finding a different gym!!

other than that, trainer prices vary, at our gym they run from $30-120 an hour!!

I KNEW I shouldn't have posted my workour plan yesterday...of course, the baby was having troubles, and hubby was up, and blah blah blah, so I didn't get the cardio groove done.... we did do his upper body training exercises, I had him head for head on the forearm and bicep exercise, matched him all the way, the tri pulldown exercise, I could only do half as much as he did... so, I'm on half sets of those with him...good thing is, is whether I'm providing the resistance, or doing the workout, either way it's a great workout for arm, and legs providing, for the legs, you're in a lunge position long enough for your partner to do 10 slow rep and 19 fast, and one super intense, last ditch, every inch of strength rep, and when you're actually doing the exercise, you're in a wide leg plie' my legs feel it more than my arms do!

Well, I guess I'll bump the cardio groove up to today, unless hubby and I go attack some of these hills around here, since today he gets off at noon, and doesn't go back to work until 8 am tomorrow...

ZzzzZzzzzz...omg I need to wake up....lol

I did my super stroll around town yesterday, left at 2, walked to the library, got about 8 books, and continued to walk for an hour... then went to grab up hubby after work, walked him home, then shopping, then more shopping...lol so I got my workouts worth.... I told hubby where all I went on my walk by myself, and he was amazed that I made it in an hour, asked me if I ran...lol, so I made good time I think... luckily, today and tomorrow are my down days, cuz my knee is swollen... mineral ice and ace bandage for me... only thing I'll do today is walk to get hubby, and if I tell him I'm still sore and stiff, he'll keep it at a stroll :) we do srill stretch and stuff on our down days, and even take walks sometimes, so, I'll still have a lil activity :-)

Sorry guys... I've been totally out of the loop for a couple of weeks. Went on family vacation for a week and a half... and then found out I'll be moving to Texas in the next 6 weeks (am in North Carolina now). So, I've been a little distracted...

But I'm back on track now and am back to working out 5 days a week. Was kind of off it when I went on vacation (surprise, surprise).

Anywho... really missed you guys! Now, time to kick some bootey!

Kath
