Well, I was down 5 but now I'm up one but that's not bad considering I've been sick, haven't exercised and didn't eat the best the last couple of days with all the stress. So, I'm not going to get all upset. A 4lb loss is great!

2 lbs loss. I've not been totally on plan or working out! I did go shopping so I have no reason not to eat off plan. Geez I just need a really hard kick in the butt to get my bum working out. I mean a really good workout where I actually sweat! Not just window shopping walks. Which are better than nothing but for me to take off lbs I need to work it.

are these days off a bit? i thought it went from sunday to sunday? anywho...I finally got my scale unpacked and it's been about 3 weeks since I weighed myself. Weighed in at 220.2 which is about the same as I was 3 weeks ago. Boo on that. But I haven't had time with unpacking to work out and I have not been eating the best either. Starting now, it's gonna change....gotta get the scale moving again!
