because I slacked a little bit this past week since I got a little stressed out...my best friend lost her house in the hurricane, moved in with us and we just got power back on Thursday...blah.

So I'm on plan today because I'm not slacking again!

I'm going to stay on plan today because I've been off, again, for almost 2 weeks. And I hate how that makes me feel. If I can start today off on a positive note - it will put me moving in the right direction!!
