Startin over this week!

Hello All....Million time lurker, first time poster here...just starting out my weight is 260 today.

OOOH I really like that..I can lose 5 pounds twenty times. I just this week in fact created a list of rewards for every five pounds more I lose. 1.5 pounds to my first facial..ever...and I am about um 12 weeks to my fiftieth birthday.
DOWN 1.5 pounds this week. I get weighed every Thursday at my TOPS group. 270.5/236.5/170 Mini Goal...220.5 by Nov. 6 2008 50 by 50 is my motto:carrot: |
New here!! A little about me: I am a 22 yr old female and married to the love of my life, Chad, for almost 4 years. We have a gorgeous 9 month old son, Nickolas. I was diagnosed with PCOS/Insulin Resistance in Aug. 2006 and was put on Metformin to conceive my son. I am currently on the Insulin Resistance diet (started 8/4/08). First Goal Met!
I'm down 1lb this week to 220.5. Normally that would be disappointing, but this week it brings my total weight lost to 25lbs which just happened to be my first goal! :carrot: Now I guess I have to figure out something nice to do for myself as a reward.... maybe a new bathing suit!

Don't know the hows or whys, but down 4.8 pounds this week. Unusual. I'll happily take it!

Well, this was my first week and I stayed the same. BUT I bought my scale 3 days after I started, so I weighed in on day 4 so I think I did lose- my tummy seems less stuck-out there, lol.

I'm down 1 more pound, bringing me to 209 :D

Hi, I'm back after binging and gaining weight. My official weigh in date is thursday, so I'll just post here that my starting weight this week was 271. Ive already seen a bit of loss on my scale today, but I my official weigh in date is Thursdays, so I will post my weekly result in next weeks thread.

I forgot to post it yesterday, but I am down one. I can't believe how close I'm getting to onderland!! When I started this, I never believed I could get there.

Down 2.5 lbs this week which is amazing since I was on vacation last week.

I just started last week! So far so good I lost 9lbs. I know it isn't healthy to lose it fast. It is just so easy to lose weight when you first start. So I am sure I will be slowing down in a week or so.
