Easter Goals - Weigh in!!
 
If you Posted on the Easter Goal thread, please weigh in here so we can see how much we lost!!

BA99TJ start 3/12 at 284 goal 280 reached 3/20 loss = 4 lbs!

I am sad to report a gain. I have not been good. I am retaining fluid. I can not remember where i was when we started i think i was at 174 i am 176 today

so I am over watered with ham (salt) and eating wrong for nibbles (retained fluid)

I sure didn't even come close to my goal but I did lose 2 lbs which is better than a poke in the eye with a stick.

Jenn you are too funny girl! You have done better than me, I lost two and then gained them back which leaves me with zero!! Almost as bad as the stick in the eye! :)

Also I did join WW this week and when I weighed in I find their scale is two pounds higher than the scale I had been using!! :(
Bad news all around I am afraid.

Congrats to all the losers and I look forward to the next goal and who knows?? I might actually meet a goal yet!! ;)

Well, I was down for 10, I believe, and I KNOW I didn't make that... but I don't know if I gained or lost or stayed the same, because the scales I use are out of order, and who KNOWS when they'll be fixed! :mad:

Unfortunately, I've maintained 168.5 for the last.... must be 8 weeks now at least. Easter goal was 165 - at the time, I thought that was a bit too modest. Little did I know, eh?! When will I ever get below 168?!?!

I didn't set an Easter Goal, but CONGRATULATIONS to everyone. If you made it or not at least you focused.

Karen - Read an article last night about breaking through plataues and it suggested eating 6 mini meals. Have you tried that?
