I've decided to weigh myself twice a month. I started obsessing over the #'s again. I will weigh again on the 1st. |
Down another 2.5 still hoping for a 1 pound weightloss by Sunday, that was my personal Easter goal to lose 20 pounds. Unfortunately I just ate a wonderfully fattening lunch:ink: I did a lot of walking today so far too though so hope it helps.

Blah. My weight gain/loss today is an official big fat ZERO. I figured that would happen since I ate way too much a few days this week. BUT there is always next week!!! I need to get off my butt and start EXERCISING!!! I get to join the gym this coming week.. hopefully that will help!!

I lost one pound. I had hoped for more but as I just switched back to protein a few days ago I will be happy with the pound at least it is one more down!!!!!

I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!:D I weighed myself today and weighed 316.0. That is exactly 20 pounds lost which was my Easter goal. Doing the happy dance now :spin:
