Good for what?
It really depends on what your goals are. I looked up yuca (aka cassava) and there are a couple things that can help you decide whether or not it is something you want to include in your regular diet.

It doesn't seem particularly healthy but in general, I don't see any reason why you couldn't add a vegetable, even a starchy one into your diet, unless you are following a low carb diet.
