Would love to have anyone join me..this really helps me alot.
I follow a low-carb lifestyle.. Monday: B: coffee 32 oz water 2 eggs, bacon 32 oz water L: salami and swiss slices 32 oz water coffee D: salsa and cheese omelete w/ 1 slice wheat bread 4 crackers with a little bit of pb 32 oz water |
Tuesday:
B:coffee 32 oz water mushroom omelete 32 oz water L: egg salad 32 oz water 32 oz water D: 2 hot dogs, no buns, saurkraut, beans 32 oz water 5 saltines w/lil pb am gonna float away! |
Monday:
Breakfast: 1 cup Orange Juice 1 cup Raisin Bran 1 cup Skim Milk Lunch: Grilled Chicken From Wendy's 24 Low fat Better Cheddars FF Yogurt Dinner: 3 slices thin crust cheese pizza skinny cow 152 oz. water |
Wednesday:
coffee B: 1 slice of wheat toast with pb 32 oz water L: egg salad 32 oz water D: mushrooms with sauce dish 1 mozzerella stick 32 oz water S: 1/2 wrap with bean dip and salsa |
Thursday:
coffee B: 2 slices wheat toast w/pb 32 oz water L: chicken salad 32 oz water 32 oz water s: cashews coffee D: 8 oz steak with baked potato 32 oz water |
