I don't know what FitDay says, but protein, carbs and fat have always been referred to as macronutrients. Macro, as in "big" broad categories and things you need in large amounts. As opposed to micro, as in "small" more detailed categories, things you need in smalled amounts. If FitDay is calling protein/carb/fat "micro" that would be really strange.
