This post is very timely for me. My BD is Monday and I'm just recently back on-plan. My DD's want to do a cake, but I know that my favorite German Chocolate with pecan/coconut frosting is not a good idea. I think I'll try the diet coke cake. That sounds intriguing.

This is a great "cake" that dawnyal made last year. I always thought this would be fun to do for a birthday. And, clearly, you can still put candles in it!

agreed, except replace regular cool whip with very vanilla, or the extra creamy.
