Naytally- I'll be 24 on the 9th, my bf's is on the 3rd...party week for us

I will stay on plan today because I've got a 3 day weekend and refuse to just sit around eating crap and playing videogames all day like I used to (but it's tempting!).

I will stay on plan today because I want to beat my fiance this time in our weight loss challenge! I am down 12 so far and he is down 3! Last time he lost a total of 33 lbs in 12 weeks and I lost only 15... Now its week three of twelve and I'm down almost the same ammount I was during the last 12 weeks!!!

because I LOVE seeing the scale get lower and lower plus I'm fitting into a size 20 and some of my size 18s!! I'll be sooo happy to see them go too hehe
