Wow! What a great way to stay motivated!! I know I'm joining waaay too late to be in the running for the actual competition part of this thread, but does anyone mind if I use the points challenge anyways? I'll start fresh in August with the rest of ya!
Food: 1500 cals (or less!) per day.
Water: 64 oz. per day!
Exercise: 30 minutes (or more) per day!
I'll start from the 18th, since I pretty much restarted my "plan" on that day! I didn't have a specific water or exercise plan when I started, I was mostly trying to cut my calorie intake... But I am going to commit to this new plan right here and now!
7/18 - 3 (no water)
7/19 - 2 (no water/exercise)
7/20 - 2 (no water/exercise)
7/21 - 2 (no water/exercise)
7/22 - 4!!
My first... But definitely not the last, hehe.
7/23 - 4!!
I'm lucky that I got to go hiking today! Good old-fashioned EXERCISE. Haha.
7/24 - 4!!
I didn't think I was going to get my exercise in today, but I really didn't want to break my "streak" already so I just went on a 40-minute powerwalk. Yea!
7/25 - 4!!
I'm so lucky that I live near the beach. Swimming = my current love. Heh.

I wanted to go biking today, but, er, it's been a
very long time since my bike has been used... It needs a big of a tune-up before it can be used as anything other than a safety hazard! Hehe.
7/27 - 4!!
Yea! So how come I haven't lost a pound since Thursday?
7/28 - 3... Not enough water! Bummer!
But I did lose a couple lbs.
7/29 - 4!!
Plus an extra workout... Woohoo!
