Hey Lori - I started this just because I didn't see on yet. Is that okay? I don't want any fit strong mamas kicking my butt!

Personal trainer today for 60 minutes of a grueling full body workout. I love her and hate her very much.

Hope everyone has a great, healthy and active week!

It really does complicate matters Dana!

In addition to the weights I also did 20 minutes hardcore stationary bike.

But my proudest achievement today isn't mine! It's my husband's! My big, sweet, lovable and lazy guy started C25K. I showed it to him, not expecting him to react. He put on his shoes and headed out the door!!! The guy who complains (but complies) every time I ask him to exercise with me. The guy who has never willingly exercised on his own in the 8 years I've known him. Love love love! He explained that he's always wanted to be a runner and that this intrigues him. Cool! I'm so excited for him to join me (willingly) on a fitness adventure.

Hi Gang! FB - starting the thread is fine. I save my butt kicking for other stuff

Yesterday I jogged for 2.75 miles! I have signed up for a 5K at the end of July, and I now know that I will make it through without stopping!

I walked the dog--hyper mini-schnauzer--for 2.5 miles this morning. Got a long way to go to get back in shape, though. I was sucking wind after the first mile.

FB- Yay for supportive spouses! Big pat on the back for your hubby, that is great for both of you.

Tanee, I had to laugh about the kids getting in the way, but any exercise is good exercise, right? And look at you, going on the elliptical afterward. Good for you!

Lori, awesome about the 5k! Good luck training!

Corngranny, every little bit helps- before you know it you'll be craving those walks.. and if not, think of how happy it makes the pooch and helps you get in shape at the same time

Beverly and Crazy, keep up the good work!

I skipped the gym today and did Jackie Warner's one-on-one training videos. I got through the upper and lower body ones but only halfway through the core- that woman means business! So 50 minutes strength training for me today.

Thanks My youngest is 23 months and she clings on to me when we are in the pool so I can't do like I used to. In high school and the first two years of college I was on the swim team.

Wowzy. I tried the C25K thing because I thought I'd see what it's all about since the hubby liked it his first time and so many of you enjoy it. I'm pretty sure I hate it. My dog LOVED it.

I also walked the dog for 25 minutes afterwards so our exercise would total 45 minutes for the June challenge.

Great work everyone!

Good evening everyone!
I biked to my mom's today. HOT. Not me, the weather. Terrible hills too, I loved it.
This evening my family, best friend and her daughter went swimming at my mom's. Lots of mom time today. Active day.
