I have about 104 pounds to lose, I had lost 90 in tops a few years back and managed to put it all back on plus some extra:(, but hubby and I are really trying to lose weight for our health and to be able to work our jobs for many years to come. God BLess.

Thanks for letting me come and play! How often do all of you weigh in? Hubby and I's official weigh in day is Saturday, and I am TRYING not to weigh in every day, but that darn scale calls my name every morning! God Bless.

Welcome! You'll find that a lot of people around here weigh daily. I've always done it that way, or nearly every day, anyway. I weigh first thing in the morning, totally naked. The fluctuations used to make me insane, but now that I'm used to them I can handle it. (Though I'm avoiding the scale right now, but that's a story for another post!)
