breakfast - kashi waffle, peanut butter, 1/2 banana
lunch - falafel not fried!) in wrap with ff sour cream, cherry tomatoes, green beans
snack - strawberries, crackers
dinner - veggie burger with lite cheese on lite bun, zuchini onion and mushroom medley
snack - oatmeal, rasins, milk, flax
Schmoodle - so glad to see you've been on plan

- way to go! Enjoy the pool.
Merlksie - good for you...great to walk and good planning.

Watch out for the heat.
Rhonda - Losing any amount of weight is GOOD! - even small amounts.
