Talking Newbie from PA

Hi I'm 32 year old mother of 2 boys I have lost 64 pounds so far I have 66 more pounds to lose. I came to this board for help and support and to make friends. For exercise i do the biggest loser workout dvd's there great. Anyone know the best exercises for the stomach?

Welcome to 3FC!
Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce fat, but you certainly can strengthen your ab muscles.
Other than crunches and stuff - pilates is wonderful to strengthen the core.
