101 lbs.
Hi all. New to the forum. I also am posting in alterna forum. I have exactly 101 lbs. left to lose. I posted my bio up above. Hoping I can stay diligent. I did so well last year! I lost over 60 lbs in 4 months on JC. This year I can't justify the money or the processed food. Here's hoping for a successful summer!

Hi! Nice to meet ya, Im new here too, but to the hole message board. I need to loose 100 pounds give or take a few. Have been yo yo dieting for many years and its time to loose it for good. Hope to see ya aroound the boards!

:welcome2: This is a great site... I'd like to suggest that you look at your weight loss as losing 10 pounds 10 times.... there are a lot of people using that approach... Good Luck... you can do 10x10 !!
