You've done so amazing. Unless you go off and eat 20 ice cream sundaes in celebration, you're going to be fine. Stay away from the scale for a few days if it makes you feel better. At your next weigh in, with you staying on target, you'll see a even smaller number and you're even further away....

Hi Bevery,

I know how excited you were to reach Onederland and how disappointing it would be to see a 2 back in front of the number on the scale. Yes, it's only a number. However, its a number with big significance to you. I don't think it would hurt to wait a week or two before weighing in again....to give yourself more time to get further away from the "terrible twos." That way, you wouldn't have to deal with the horrible emotions that could come your way if the water weight should kick in before your next weigh-in.

No matter what you decide to do, I'm confident that you will stay on-course and continue to lose. Afterall, this is how you roll now! :D

Beverlyjoy, I have to say, that one of the best things you said here really rung in my mind. I'm sure its not verbatim, but you mentioned just keeping doing what you're doing, and having a "sane relationship" with food, that the scale follows.

I have hung my hat on that theory, and its been very liberating to focus on behaviors. So take your own advice and keep going!!!

:)
