Imma roasting a turkey in the oven right now (I have to plan way ahead with things like turkey or I end up waiting for it to finish cooking at 11 p.m.)! Probably will grill some veggies to go along with it, use the leftovers all week.

Tonight we are ordering pizza. One cheese for the kids, one thin crust veggie for me, and one salmon pesto for everyone. Yum! And salad of course.

I try to keep my evening meal light on the night before weigh-in day, so tonight I'll make a nice green salad with some sliced turkey and parmesan.
