What do you carry with you "at all times" to help you stay on track with your diet?

I must admit some of these things are because of my friend, but here's what I have:
All the weight watchers program (weeks 1-12) for reference My current WW food journal and extra photocopies (I "blew up" the journal on the photocopier to fit on a normal 8x11 sheet of paper double sided) 1 container with 20 mini-pretzels in it (2 points) 2 low-fat granola bars (2 points each) small bottle with my fave salad dressing in it (Cains low-fat Ceasar dressing, 1 point for 1 Tbsp) my regular journal my Complete Food Companion book bottle of "I Can't Believe its not Butter" spray package of sugar-free gum package of Listerine Cool Mint PocketPals handful of Rasberry Creme Savers 32-oz container of water my day-timer my current favorite book tissues my inhalers my wallet/checkbook pens |

I carry either my current murder mystery or my crocheting. A slim-fast enery bar or a single pack of beef jerky. A 48 oz water bottle. A dieter's prayer on an index card. And I do carry a large tote bag. Carol |
Its more of a tote bag than a purse :)

I keep a picture taken of me ,caught off guard and looking really huge to remind me of what I am fighting for. It is so dreadful to see what I have done to myself but whenever tempted I just look at that oicture. The camera is so brutally honest. It certainly is keeping me outside of illusions!!!!!!

I have a picture in my wallet where my license is supposed to go. It's a Gym ID from 1988. All I want is to look like that again.
