I lost 3 pounds, happy about that but sad because I did see 239 for one morning and that went away the next day.

Down 2 pounds, and I'm now at 225. 26 pounds till onederland! When I started this, it didn't even seem possible. Now it seems like it's just a matter of time.

Hi.

Just started SB a bit over a week ago, and this morning am down 2.2. Two more lbs., and I'll be under 300. Yay. I was on Atkins before that - it didn't agree with me so that's why I changed. But since I started LC about a month ago, I'm down about 9. So I am really jazzed. This is the best loss I've had at one time since I started. Not bad for an old gal with thyroid and pre-diabetes issues. Hope I can keep this up. But my program seems to be easy to follow and I am very happy with it.

Congratulations to all the "losers" this week. We're doing great!!!

I'm down 1lb, after two weeks of small gains. I did try a couple of things differant this week, I hope this starts my downward sprial again. Congrats to all the losers this week
