It's going to be a great day!
 

Last night I was not able to go for a walk because it so cold outside. I ate good for all my meals yesterday. After our evening meal, I decided that I was going to treat myself to 1-2 girl scout cookies. :o Wrong!!! I ate a half a box!!!! :( But, after I did it, I did not feel bad like I usually do. I know that I did not eat any where near the calories I should have yesterday. I did not feel stuffed after I ate them. I thought that I would really see it on the scale this morning (I always see the next morning when I do things like that). I got up this morning thinking that I will weigh myself and not be mad at what the scale says. I got on and was 1 pound lighter! :carrot: I woke up this morning feeling really great for some reason.

That's why I can't have cookies in the house. I cannot stop with just a couple. If I want a treat, I go to a bakery and buy 1 cookie (or 2 if they are small :) )

And today is going to be a great day! It's Friday!! :woohoo:
