So.... this morning I vowed to start logging again, but I had an appointment in Jacksonville, which is two hours away at 10am. I got up and got myself a bowl of Grape Nuts and 2% milk without really thinking. About a cup of Grape Nuts... I'm being on the generous side to make sure I don't under estimate. 400 calories. 1 cup of 2% milk 123 calories.
Then on the way back I really, really needed a cup of coffee so I stopped at McDonalds which was the only place I could find and got myself one of their new coffees. Didn't know they were doing them till I got there. Yum. Caramel Latte. Large because I was falling asleep. Forgot to ask for non-fat... *sigh*... 340 calories. Ack! English Muffin... no butter.... grape jelly... 195 calories.
It's midday and I've eaten 1058 calories of my allocated 1460 calories for the day ....
How the heck did that happen? I don't feel full... I don't feel like I gorged on junk. I had a healthy cereal breakfast (all be it a LARGE one) and a coffee and English Muffin! That's it!!!
*sigh*
Just ranting... lol.... oh, and showing how ESSENTIAL it is that we log everything we eat, because it doesn't matter how little you THINK you are eating, it's always more than you're estimating
