Inhale
Hello Chicks
Inhale is a morning excerise show. Actually they do Yoga, and I usually watch and enjoy the music. This morning for the first time I got out of the bed and did a few mins of the streaches. It felt good. Even though it was just a few minutes I felt good about the fact that I had done something different, I made an attempt.:carrot: |
