Okay, this is why I hate calorie counting. I need help!
My steel cut oats are from Bob's Red Mill.
Serving size is 1/4 cup
Servings per container:17
Calories: 140
Total fat: 2.5g (.5 saturated)
Carbs: 27g
Fibre: 4g
Sugars: 0 g
Protein: 6g
So I ate 3/4 cup prepared. I probably have another 2 servings of the same size having prepared only 1 cup unprepared oats.
How many calories am I eating for breakfast?? LOL. I sure wish I could figure this out. Maybe this will "out" me as a total math loser.
