I actually weighed in over the weekend, but I missed the other thread.
Ecstatic to report a two lb. loss! Yeah, I know two lbs. isn't a whole lot, but I haven't had a loss in a month, so this is a great sign.

Beth.. thanks for starting the thread. Being accountable for me is half the battle.
Do you guys always weigh in together on a Monday here or do you post during the week as you weigh in? Officially Tuesday is my Weigh In day ... and I would love to join you guys in posting here, but I don't want to do it today as my sodium intake was NOT GOOD yesterday.... lol....

Down about one pound this morning. I was down four on Friday, but it's my favorite time of the month, so hello, water weight! I'd rather take the loss next week when it will show up on Monday. That's the only way I ever see four or five pound losses!
I gained 2 - I kind of deserve it! I was good saturday, but Saturday night I went to a party and had about 3 days of calories in drink form. Sunday I spent the day recovering, darn you weekend!
I weighed in at 154.8 this week. Down a pound this week. I know a loss is a loss, but I was shooting for 2 and trying reeeeeeally hard to make it... Oh well. Every little bit counts, right? I do feel good this week though. Lots of energy. My endurance is definitely improving since I have started doing HIIT on the treadmill. A couple weeks ago, I would get pretty winded just running an 8th of a mile (I was never a runner, lol) but now I am up to 1/4 mile intervals of running and walking, and running the 1/4 miles feels relatively easy. I plan to bump it up again next week, and shoot for 1/2 mile intervals.... exciting
