I'm new to this, but I need to stay motivated!

Exercise: Walking everyday
Personal goal: Go to the gym and talk to a trainer about strength training and start toning!

I'm in! This is my first monthly challenge so hopefully It will help keep me motivated

Food: It was going to be a 30 day fast but I was told that this can be very unhealthy and was getting massive headaches, So now Im just aiming for 1000 cals a day, I know it seems like too little but I'll give it a shot because I think it will be a comfortable calorie reduction!
Water: 5-6 cups a day
Exercise: 20 min a day

3/1 - 0 (Was a bad day for me ><, but that wont stop me tommorow!)

I refuse to quit! March madness has a different meaning for me!
Calories: 1300-1800
Water: 64 oz min
Exercise: Water aerobics 3 days a week, Walking every day, reintroduce my exercise videos 1 day per week and increase 1 day each week.

I have to say, this challenge really helped me stay focused last month!

Same goals: Stay within assigned WW Points
6-8 oz. glasses of water/day MINIMUM
AT LEAST one Activity Point every day. (Although I also have a goal -- which I met last month, I might add -- to complete 1200 minutes of exercise over the course of the month. I'm not doing that one here. *G*)

Ooh! I need some accountability and encouragement!

I have never done this before, but would love to start!!!!!!

Food: Calorie King ~ 1460 calories a day.
Water: Minimum five bottles a day
Exercise: Couch to 5K on Mon/Wed/Fri .... Karate on Tues/Thurs.

03/03 - 4!

EDIT : I failed COMPLETELY this month. My father arrived from the UK on the 5th and only left on Thursday and we went away for a week of that time. I ate abominably and couldn't run although I did walk a lot with my youngest on the beach. Next month I will do better.... but I officially failed this month. Ack.

Goal for this month Lose 5 pounds, and stay OP 100%!!!

Food goal: No pop, fast food, junk food, etc... Watch portion control, and serving sizes!! Make healthy food choices! 5 Servings of fruits/veggies per day. Limit breads/pastas/potatos to twice a week. (2pts)

Water Goal: Half my weight in ounces! Thats 120oz a day (15 8oz glasses) (1pt)

Exercise Goal: 30 minutes of some form of exercise each day! For a total of 630 minutes of exercise by the end of the month! (1pt)


3.10 0 points. Today sucked.
3.11 0 pts. I was sick, so I wasn't eating anything (which technically isn't "on plan"), and of course, no exercise because i was laying in bed...
3.12 0 pts. Still sick.
3.13 0 pts. Getting better, but still not doing well with the eating thing... Not doing much exercise considering I still have 102.1 temp...
3.14 0pts. I'm no longer sick... But seemed to be making up for lost food... *hangs head* I didn't pig out too badly, just ate the wrong stuff...
