Hi all, Just wanted to get on the board to introduce myself. I'm thrilled to find a 100 plus forum here. I used to post on cyberdiet-went away for awhile and found it very changed over there. It seemed that when I tried to reregister and such, they wanted money now. My husband got laid off and we can't afford that, so I've been hunting somewhere else to go. Anyway, looking forward to reading what everyone else is doing . As far as diet, I'm on an exchange diet, plus I'm using the glyxcemic index to help me ourt. I have high blood pressure, plus problems with high blood sugar, so one of my goals is to get off my medicine as much as I can. Talk to you later!

we are a great gropu here and the best part is that we all are a t different stages some just starting and some nearing the end but the common part is that we allunderstand where you are comming from and that is so different from when you have only a few lbs to go. so welcome. (things are a bit slow on weekends)
