Okay, so I want all your lists -- they are personal yet I think we all have aspects of each other's lists we want to achieve.
1. I want to stop "trying to kill myself" which is what I feel like I'm doing by being 100 lbs overweight -- how much can my heart, lungs, bones take???!!!
2. I want to improve my energy -- I would love to run (and not just 2 feet and then collapse!!) I want my kids to have trouble keeping up with me not the other way around.
3. I want my kids to not have to hear "your mom is the fat one??" When they get to high school, I want to hear -- "your mom is the hot one"!!
4. I want my husband to look at me again like he did 100 lbs ago!!
5. I want to just throw on clothes and look good, not have to check in the mirror to see if my rolls are showing!!
6. I want people to notice my big nose again, not the rolls of my chin
Maybe even that my cheeks have come back??!!!
7. I want to feel like people see me come in a room and have compliments not whispers!!
8. I want to enjoy my life without the constant reminders of my weight -- I'm tired of living miserable -- what happened to my sense of humor, I used to be a lot of fun -- I think I swallowed it!!!
