One month ago today. . .
 

I started this weight-loss journey! A month ago, my dh and I decided together that we were going to lose some weight. I am proud of the little victories that we've made in this first month.

I am SO thankful that I found 3FC, and especially this 100 lb. Club. You guys are such a HUGE inspiration to me - those that have lost a lot of weight as well as those of you who are on the same journey that I am. :hug: Thanks for all of the encouragement.

Here's to another month on plan. . . and watching the numbers on the scale go down even more!!

I love to celebrate the anniversaries too. Before you know it, it'll be your 2 month, then...
Here I am looking at my 9-month coming up. Can't wait to see what a year brings. In some ways, the time has just flown by.
