Default Underestimating calories

I go to starbucks about twice a day, and I ask for a regular venti coffee, with a little bit of non fat milk and I use splenda. So the calories for that would just be basically from the milk right?

Yep. If you're using a ton of splenda then that would have a few calories but generally not enough to bother counting.

Coffee does have calories - I think it is 4 per cup, so you are probably getting around 12 calories in the venti. You can burn that just lifting the cup to your mouth

Splenda is 4 calories per packet, so depends on how many of those you add.

You can go to Starbucks.com and find the exact calorie count...it is pretty easy to navigate through their site.

Good luck!
