  • Congratulations, Math Puppy! I love 2. 2 and I are EXCELLENT friends. I'm always happy to see 2. Great job, you!
  • Congratulations, mathpuppy.

I struggle often, and have some really bad days. I read with wonder at the members here who seem to get straight on course and stay there, and say they've changed. I am still struggling with the same issues I always have, but the only difference now is that after a bad episode, I pick myself up, dust myself off, and begin again. I am making progress overall, and that is the important thing.
  • well done math puppy.

    keep at it. whoo. hoooo
  • good job~
  • Congratulations!
  • Congratulations math puppy!
And battleax, that is how I've changed. I still "cheat" or eat something off plan every week at least once, usually more. But it's usually just one thing, and I am right back on plan afterwards. I guess it satisfies my need to be "bad." I do not guilt myself over it, or give up, thinking "I just can't do this!" or justify more indulgences. I think that makes all the difference and sounds like you have made that change too. Like my signature says, it's a journey, not a destination. I will never be perfect. But my diet will be as healthy as I can make it.
  • You're a riot.

Congrats on continuing! (That's winning, afterall.) And grats on the lbs down!
  • Keep it up!
  • Congrats! Weight loss really requires patience doesn't it?
  • That was great, congratulations!
  • congratulations!!!!
