Thanks ladies for your input! I count calories, but have high cholesterol, so I'll take it easy on them. But a few can't hurt too much - and I've been buying the omega 3 eggs. I think those help cholesterol. :)

If you are looking for protein, try a cup of skim milk. It only has a few more calories, 91 vs 78, but it also has more protein, 8.7 vs 6.3 and it far better in fat 0.6 vs 5.3 and much less cholesterol 5 vs 212 (information via Calorieking).
Milk does the body good! :) |
The only way I like boiled eggs is sliced with a bit of ff mayo, mustard, a lil bit of relish and lots of celery and onion. Then I toast a low cal english muffin and eat it scooped on top, open-faced...YUMMY!

Because of this thread I hard boiled eggs last night and brought an egg salad sandwhich (FF miracle whip, homemade bread, mostly egg whites) with me for lunch today! :)

If you're worried about the cholesterol, just don't eat the yolks. Every gram of cholesterol in an egg is contained in the yolk... toss it and you've got a great snack! (Especially with hummus... yum!)

yeah, I love Deviled Eggs--- make them with Light Miracle Whip (or FF miracle whip) and sprinkle with paprika. YUM (and there's not much more calories in the miracle whip)
I also make them as egg salad sandwiches--- more whites than yolk, mash up with light miracle whip, salt and pepper and VOILA--- yummy! Put on toasted whole grain bread with lettuce for a bit of crunch... mmmmm |
I love boiled eggs. thanks for new ideas

I like to make a few up at a time and have them at the ready for a snack in a pinch. Yum.
