Hi everyone,

I am the same weight as last week. 264.4 pounds. It was TOM too and I don't know how that affects my weight gain/loss, but I am hoping to see results this week.

I've made an appointment with my physician to "weigh in" on Jan 31. I'm already down from 274 in December, so I feel good about that, but I would like to lose a few more pounds by the end of the month.

Down 4 pounds for the week here. It's been tough since I can't exercise. Been having severe screaming back spasms since Jan.2. They are starting to clear up - I am soooooo tired of struggling to do anything.

10 pounds til Valentine's Day

Dana, the string beans ARE yummy. And they're just as good and even more satisfying then all the junk we've been so used to. If we're ever going to get anywhere with this weight loss, we MUST find SUBSTITUTES for the junk foods we normally eat/ate. Going off plan even one day a week can really sabotage our weight loss efforts. And for what really? Is is really worth it? Roasted Green Beans

Make a lot, they really are yummy.

-Green beans, rinsed and trimmed.
-Spray a large cooking sheet with cooking spray.
-Lay beans on in as much as a single layer as possible.
-I add tons of fresh coarsely chopped garlic and chopped onions about 1/2 way through, and a little sea salt
-Spray beans with some more cooking spray
-Place in 400 degree oven for about 30-40 mins, turning every now and then, til they get almost brownish and wrinkly.

I'm going to use Tuesday's as my weigh in day for now

I'm down to 246.5. That's another 2 pounds, I think.

For a total of 7 pounds since Jan 2nd

WOOHOO!!!! I have lost 2 pounds.... Today isnt my true weigh in date but I was just so excited. So I will let you know what happens on saturday....

Today's my first weigh in and it's 250.5 lbs. I'm a bit obsessive about the scale so I'm going to try my best not to weigh myself until next Thursday.
