I'm always happy for a new year to start, fat or thin! time marches on and you might as well be excited and optimistic for it - beats the alternative!

I'm happy for the first time in a long time, about the direction my weight is going, that's for sure!

But I don't kid myself for a second - I have to remain hyper-vigilant or i'm sure ALL the old habits will resurface and ALL the weight PLUS 20 or 30 will pile on -- no way!!!

Yay, I'm so glad that so many of us are feeling optimistic about the New Year! I just feel it....this year will be an amazing one.
