Im back.
I have been so lost. we were having problems with our internet and I havent been able to get on in a little over a week. Since last monday. So I missed the biggest loser winner talk.... AAAAHHHHH!!!! So I have gained 7 pounds since thanksgiving. I was doing really good. I was down to 233 and then after thankgiving it has been all down hill from there. So I have decided not to dwell on it. I am going to make it through this weekend and then I can put the hoildays behind me and start again. I saw a commercial with Valerie Bertonelli and she said that this is the first new year that she isnt going to say that her resolution is to lose weight and she was sincere. I was crying cause I want that to be me next year. At this time next year I dont want to have to be sitting here again. making another stupid resolution to lose weight and get healthy. I havent felt like this in a long time. I am really excited about getting back on track. So I hope everyone had a nice christmas, hanukka (sorry if I spelled it wrong), and kwanza....:dizzy:
