Good morning girls..I have not posted for a while..but I was here in thought..

I am down 2 more pds,so in total 7...and the funny thing is,I have not really done any dieting..just made sure that before I crave I eat something,and it usually works out better than when I let myself starve..and Im working out again..

but even a few pds off feels good,and with no struggle,even better!!!

here is to my xmas goal!!!if I make it great,but any loss is just great!!!

Good Morning all,
Today I get to post nada... nothing. I didn't loose, but yesterday I saw a 2lb gain on the scale( didn't weigh myself over the weekend), but today the scale is back down to 206... I will take it, I have no one to blame for this , but myself... I don't know if I will post a loss next week, with Thanksgiving and all, but I will not give up, I know the scale will go down again , even if it takes the rest of the year.

I have 2lb loss to report this week. I was really suprised as went off plan a couple of times this week so was going to be happy if I did not gain.

230 lbs. Down two more lbs from last week I guess I'm kinda lucky being in Canada... hehe didn't have Thanksgiving to deal with this week. We had ours in October, but even then I didn't eat much.

Like Purple - I was going to be happy if I didnt gain. I ate out four times in the last week... but the healthy choices didnt throw me off plan I'm down 2 pounds!

Me too, valpal and purple. In the last week I've eaten out once, had the holiday meal, pizza night at my mom's and a birthday party. I mostly behaved, but the amounts were more than normal. I was going to be happy to maintain, but this morning I am down a lb! Now look at my ticker! I am teetering on the brink of onederland! Please somebody give me a shove!
